David Wellner, a native of Los Angeles, California, graduated with honors from Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles with a major in Product Design. Soon after graduation he entered the field of architectural rendering and remained in that field for about 20 years. During that period he also did occasional graphic design work. In the mid nineties he designed, manufactured and marketed a line of candle holders and clocks. Following this he devoted himself exclusively to graphic design.

His work has included posters, logos and identity, brochures and other printed materials, as well as websites and Flash pieces.
